For Lasting Results, First Choose La Technique

Our formula for results is quite simple: it's one-on-one instruction. Our clients tell us that the individual attention they receive here means success. From the very first meeting and assessment, the focus is entirely on you. Your personal goals and current physical condition determine how La Technique will design your program. During your session at La Technique, you are coached through your routine, taught proper technique with gym equipment, and your progress is continually measured. Most importantly, we recognize that different people have very different fitness needs and goals. What is appropriate and effective for one client may not be for another. So, whether you are 10 or 90 years old, we will tailor a routine that is as individual as you are.


Initial Consultation

Safety and effectiveness are the foundation of our philosophy. All La Technique clients participate in an initial fitness assessment during which we measure resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular efficiency, upper and lower body muscular endurance, and flexibility. We liken this to a "fitness snapshot"- a picture of current health against which we can measure improvements. Our fitness assessment software allows our clients and trainers to easily access and review progress.


Totally Personal Customization

Upon completion and review of your assessment, it's time to plan short and long-term fitness goals. Knowing both allows us to tailor a personalized, multi-faceted, supervised fitness program that can maximize your strengths, improve weaknesses and be totally right for you. When necessary, we have consulted with many of our clients' physicians and physical therapists in order to accurately design a fitness plan. We believe that precise information gathering is a crucial element in getting the most out of personal training.


Convenience

Unlike many fitness centers, La Technique does not require that clients use sessions in a fixed time period other than one year from the purchase date. We understand that your life is busy and we strive to make exercise as fun and convenient as possible!
